What we can build today, stated without the blur

Marketing sites tend to present ambition and delivery as the same thing. This page separates them, because you are going to find out the difference anyway — better here than three weeks into an engagement.

Implementation services

We are a service business, not a product you configure alone

Everything below is delivered as an engagement: designed with you, built by us, handed over working. There is no self-service tier, no free plan, and no dashboard to sign into.

Four honest categories

Every capability described anywhere on this site falls into one of these. Where it matters, we mark it on the page.

  • Available now

Implementation services we can scope, build, and deliver today. Everything in the catalogue below is in this category.

  • Configurable per engagement

Behaviour decided during design rather than pre-built: qualification rules, handover conditions, message content, follow-up intervals, and which channels are connected.

  • Illustrative scenarios

The demo scenarios and workflow examples on this site are written to show how a system would behave. They are not case studies, and they describe no existing customer.

  • Not built

There is no Relnivo product platform, customer dashboard, self-service portal, or app. If a page ever describes one, it will say clearly that it does not exist yet.

The catalogue

Eleven services we deliver

You are unlikely to need all eleven. The combination comes out of discovery, not from a package chosen in advance.

  • Websites and digital touchpoints

The public surfaces customers arrive on, built to feed the system behind them rather than to exist on their own.

    • Multilingual marketing sites and landing pages
    • Enquiry, booking, and quote-request forms wired into capture
    • Accessible, responsive layouts that work on the phone most customers use
    • Analytics and source tracking so enquiries carry where they came from
  • Text-based AI agents

An agent answering on your website and messaging channels, built against your answers and your rules.

    • Knowledge base assembled from your services, hours, and policies
    • Replies in the language the customer wrote in
    • Qualifying questions asked inside the conversation
    • Explicit handover conditions that escalate to a person
  • Voice-based AI agents

Calls answered when nobody can pick up, with the reason for the call captured and logged.

    • Answering outside hours, on busy, or on no-answer
    • Caller details and intent captured as structured fields
    • Call summary written to the customer record
    • Transfer to a person where your rules require one
  • Lead and customer data capture

One structured record per enquiry, from every channel, with the fields your team needs.

    • A consistent field set regardless of channel
    • Source, timestamp, and full conversation attached
    • Written into your CRM, database, or spreadsheet
    • Deduplication against existing customers
  • Lead classification and qualification

Scoring and sorting by rules you define and can change.

    • Qualification criteria agreed with you and written down
    • Categories that map to actions, not to adjectives
    • Routing rules per category, with named owners
    • Immediate notification for high-intent enquiries
  • Automated follow-up workflows

Quote chasing, appointment confirmation, and re-contact of quiet leads on a defined schedule.

    • Sequences with a fixed number of attempts and a defined end
    • Immediate exit the moment a customer replies
    • Escalation to a person on a positive signal
    • Suppression and opt-out honoured across channels
  • CRM and sales-process automation

Records created and stages moved by real events, with the manual re-typing removed.

    • Data model designed around your actual process
    • Automatic record creation and matching
    • Stage changes driven by events, not by memory
    • Cleanup and deduplication of existing data
  • Omnichannel communication

Your channels brought into one flow, with history following the customer.

    • Website chat, messaging platforms, phone, and email
    • Customer identity matched across channels where platforms allow
    • One knowledge base, so answers match everywhere
    • Per-channel ownership and escalation rules
  • Retention and re-engagement

Noticing when a customer has gone quiet, and reaching out usefully.

    • Lapse detection based on your service intervals
    • Post-service check-ins and review requests
    • Segmented messages by customer history
    • Frequency caps and consent handling
  • Reporting and operational visibility

Figures derived from what the system records, delivered where you will read them.

    • Enquiry volume by channel and period
    • Response times and agent resolution rate
    • Stage conversion and where leads stall
    • Scheduled summaries to email or messaging
  • Custom integrations

Connections between the tools you already run.

    • Supported integrations used where they exist
    • Custom connections built against documented APIs
    • Explicit field mapping and conflict rules
    • Retries and alerting on failure

What we will not claim

Stated here so it does not have to be discovered later. If any of these matter to you, say so in the first conversation and we will tell you plainly whether it is possible.

  • We have no product platform, dashboard, or app to sign into — the systems we build run on your tools and accounts
  • We do not publish customer names, logos, testimonials, or case-study results, because we do not yet have any we can evidence
  • We do not guarantee revenue, conversion, or cost outcomes; anyone who does is guessing on your behalf
  • We do not promise fixed delivery dates before scope exists
  • We hold no security or compliance certification, and we will not imply one
  • Some platforms restrict automated messaging, and some tools cannot be integrated at all — we identify these during discovery, not after
  • We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and systems we build for regulated sectors are designed to route those questions to a qualified person
