AI automation and customer systems
Every enquiry answered.Every lead accounted for.
Businesses lose customers in the gaps: a message that arrives at 21:00, a form nobody checks, a quote that was never followed up. Relnivo maps where those gaps are, designs the system that closes them, and implements it with you.

What Relnivo is
An implementation partner, not a product you sign up for
Relnivo is an early-stage automation and customer-relationship business working with companies in Türkiye. We do not sell a self-service platform, and there is nothing here to create an account for.
What we do is study how customers actually reach your business — the calls, the forms, the WhatsApp messages, the Instagram DMs, the walk-ins — and then design and build the system that receives them, qualifies them, records them, and follows up on them without anyone having to remember.
We design around your journey
The first work is always mapping: where enquiries come from, who handles them now, and where they are lost. The system follows from that map, not from a template.
We implement and connect
Agents, forms, routing rules, CRM records, and follow-up sequences are built and wired to the tools you already use. You get a working system, not a specification.
We stay for the operating part
Automations drift as a business changes. Ongoing support covers monitoring, adjusting the conversation flows, and extending the system as new needs appear.
What we implement
The pieces we build, and how they fit together
You are unlikely to need all of these. What you need depends on where your customers are being lost, which is what the first conversation is for.
Websites and digital touchpoints
The pages, forms, and booking surfaces customers actually land on — built to feed the system behind them instead of sitting on their own.
Text-based AI agents
An agent that answers on your website and messaging channels at any hour, in the customer's language, and knows when a person needs to take over.
Voice-based AI agents
Calls answered outside working hours or when the line is busy — the caller is heard, the details are captured, and the call is logged rather than missed.
Lead and customer data capture
Every enquiry, from every channel, recorded in one structured place with the fields your team needs to act on it.
Lead classification and qualification
Enquiries scored and sorted by rules you define, so the ones worth a call reach a person quickly and the rest are handled automatically.
Automated follow-up
Sequences that chase quotes, confirm appointments, and reduce no-shows — with a clear point where a human takes over.
CRM and sales-process automation
Records created and updated as things happen, stages moved by real events, and the manual re-typing between systems removed.
Omnichannel communication
Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email brought into one flow so the customer is not asked to repeat themselves.
Retention and re-engagement
Workflows that notice when a customer has gone quiet and reach out with something relevant, at a sensible interval.
Reporting and operational visibility
How many enquiries arrived, where they came from, how many were answered, and where they stalled — measured rather than estimated.
Custom integrations
Connections between the tools you already run, so a record created in one appears in the others without a person moving it.
The customer journey
Where enquiries are lost, and what closes each gap
Enquiries tend to be lost at one of the same five points. The system we design is organised around them.
We do not assume all five apply to you. Mapping which ones do is the first step of an engagement.
1. The customer reaches out
A call, a form, a WhatsApp message, an Instagram DM. The gap: it arrives outside working hours, or into a channel nobody is watching.
2. Someone answers
The gap: response time. An enquiry answered in minutes and one answered the next morning are not the same enquiry any more.
3. The details are captured
The gap: the details live in one person's phone, or in a notebook, or nowhere. Nobody else can pick the conversation up.
4. The lead is qualified and routed
The gap: everything is treated the same, so the serious enquiry waits behind the price-checker and the team's time goes to the wrong ones.
5. Someone follows up
The gap: the quote is sent and never chased, the appointment is booked and never confirmed, the customer who bought once is never contacted again.
Solutions
Organised around outcomes, not technology
Nine areas we build in. Each one starts from a business problem and ends with a workflow you can watch running.
AI customer agents
Text and voice agents that answer at any hour, in the customer's language, and hand over cleanly.
Lead capture and qualification
Every enquiry recorded in one structured place, then scored and sorted by rules you define.
CRM and customer data workflows
Records created and updated by real events, so the CRM reflects the business without manual re-typing.
Automated sales follow-up
Quotes chased, appointments confirmed, and quiet leads re-contacted — on a schedule that runs itself.
Omnichannel communication
Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email in one flow, with the customer's history attached.
Customer retention and re-engagement
Workflows that notice when a customer goes quiet and reach out with something relevant.
Workflow automation
The repetitive internal steps between systems, done by the system instead of a person.
Reporting and operational visibility
How many enquiries arrived, from where, what happened to them, and where they stalled.
Custom integrations
Connections between the tools you already run, so records move without a person moving them.
Where this fits
Businesses that live on enquiries
If customers reach you through calls, forms, and messages — and a missed one is a lost sale — the pattern applies. These are the sectors we have built demo scenarios for.
These are illustrative scenarios showing how a system would work in each sector. They are not descriptions of existing customers.
How we work
Six steps from first conversation to a running system
Discovery, journey mapping, solution design, implementation, testing and launch, then support. Scope and timing depend on what the discovery finds.
Discovery
Understanding the business before proposing anything.
Customer journey mapping
Drawing the path a customer actually takes, including the broken parts.
Solution design
Deciding what will be built, and agreeing it in writing.
Implementation and integration
Building it, and connecting it to what you already run.
Testing and launch
Running real cases through it before customers do.
Support and optimisation
Keeping it correct as the business changes.
Service levels
Three levels of scope, priced after discovery
Simple, Advanced, and Ultra-Advanced describe how much of the journey the system covers and how much integration work it needs — not a feature checklist you buy off a page.
Simple
One clear gap, closed properly.
A business with a single obvious problem — usually enquiries arriving outside working hours with nobody to answer them.
Advanced
The journey, end to end.
A business losing customers at more than one point: enquiries across several channels, no reliable capture, and follow-up that happens when someone has time.
Ultra-Advanced
Operations that span systems and locations.
A business with multiple locations, teams, or brands, or one whose process spans systems that do not talk to each other and where the integration work is the substance of the engagement.
We do not publish prices. Scope determines cost, and scope is defined in the discovery conversation.
Questions
The things people ask first
Short answers here. The full list covers scope, data, languages, and timing.
What exactly do you sell?
Implementation services. We design and build customer-relationship systems — websites and touchpoints, AI text and voice agents, lead capture and qualification, CRM automation, follow-up workflows, and the integrations between them — and then support them while they run. There is no product to subscribe to.
Is there a product I can try or sign up for?
No. There is no Relnivo platform, dashboard, app, or free trial, and there is no account to create on this site. Everything we do is delivered as an engagement. If that changes, this page will say so.
How does an engagement start?
With a free consultation. We ask how enquiries reach your business today, who handles them, and where you think customers are being lost. If we do not think we can help, we will say so in that conversation.
What size of business is this for?
Small and medium businesses that receive enquiries through websites, forms, calls, messaging, and social channels. The clearest signal is simple: if a missed message is a lost sale, the work applies.
