Privacy Policy
This website has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising trackers, and its forms do not send anything to a server. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us directly.

Who this applies to
This policy covers relnivo.vercel.app, the public marketing website, and the enquiries people send to Relnivo through it. It does not cover systems we build and operate for clients — those are governed by the agreement with that client, and in most of them the client, not Relnivo, decides how their customers' data is handled.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party tracking scripts, has no login, and stores no profile.
The one thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept in local storage on your own device. It never leaves your browser and is not readable by us. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Forms on this site
The consultation and contact forms do not transmit anything. There is no backend receiving them. When you complete a form, everything stays in your browser until you press the button that opens your own email application with the message prepared. If you close the page instead, nothing has been sent and nothing has been stored.
This is stated on the forms themselves as well as here, because a form that quietly discards what you typed is worse than no form at all.
What we hold when you contact us
If you email us, or send the message a form prepared for you, we hold what you chose to include: typically your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, and what you told us about your situation.
We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a consultation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept while the conversation is live and deleted when it is clearly over. Where an engagement follows, correspondence is retained for as long as the working relationship and any legal or accounting obligation requires.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information a browser sends in order to serve a page — including your IP address, the page requested, and your user-agent string — and may retain it in operational logs.
That processing is carried out by the hosting provider under its own terms rather than configured by us. We do not read, analyse, or export those logs, and we have added no additional logging of our own.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to us and we will respond.
Relnivo works with businesses in Türkiye, where the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) applies. Visitors from the European Economic Area may also have rights under the GDPR. We do not hold any certification under either, and this page is a description of our practice, not a compliance attestation.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes — if analytics are added, or a form starts submitting to a server — this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
