These terms cover this website only. Any work Relnivo does for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms an offer or a contract.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of relnivo.vercel.app. They do not govern any engagement between Relnivo and a client: that is set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, confidentiality, and liability.
The website is information, not an offer
Descriptions of services, solution areas, workflows, and service levels are provided so you can understand what we do. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence because you read a page or complete a form.
We publish no prices. Any figure quoted to you comes in a written scope produced after discovery, and only that document is binding.
Demo scenarios and examples
The demo scenarios, workflow descriptions, and sample conversations on this site are illustrative material written by us to show how a system would behave. They are labelled as such wherever they appear.
They describe no existing Relnivo client, contain no real customer data, and are not evidence of results achieved. They should not be read as a prediction of what a system would achieve for your business.
No performance guarantees
Nothing on this site guarantees any commercial outcome. We do not promise increased revenue, higher conversion, reduced costs, specific response times, or particular delivery dates.
Where a page describes what to expect from a solution, it describes the change in how work is handled — enquiries captured, follow-up performed consistently — and deliberately not a financial result.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or that it will always be reachable. It is hosted on third-party infrastructure and may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
We may change, add, or remove content at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Relnivo unless stated otherwise. You may read, share, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own or use it to represent another business.
Third-party links
Where we link to another site or platform we do so for reference. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or how they treat your data.
Liability
This website is provided as information. To the extent permitted by law, Relnivo is not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. Liability arising from client work is dealt with in the engagement agreement, not here.

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
