About

An early-stage business, and saying so

Most companies at our stage present themselves as something larger. We would rather describe what we actually are, because the businesses we want to work with can tell the difference anyway.

Where we are

Relnivo designs and implements customer-relationship systems: the websites, agents, capture, qualification, and follow-up workflows that decide whether an enquiry becomes a customer. We work with businesses in Türkiye, and we are at the beginning.

That means a small number of engagements, each one taken seriously, and no client list to point at yet. It also means we are not carrying a product roadmap that has to be sold to you — the work is scoped around your operation rather than around what we already built for somebody else.

How we work

Four things that shape every engagement

These are not values on a wall. They are the reason certain things on this site are missing.

  • Understand before proposing

Nothing is designed before the customer journey is mapped. A proposal written from a discovery call and a template is a guess with an invoice attached.

  • Say what is not possible

Some platforms restrict automation, some systems cannot be integrated, and some problems are not automation problems. Finding this out during discovery is cheap; finding it out during build is not.

  • Leave you owning it

Accounts, credentials, and data stay yours. The systems we build run on your infrastructure, so ending the relationship does not end the system.

  • Keep a person in the loop

Automation handles the repeatable part. Judgement — money, complaints, anything clinical or contractual — stays with people, by design rather than by accident.

Who we work with

The pattern matters more than the sector. If customers reach you through calls, forms, and messages, and a missed one is a lost sale, the work applies. These are the sectors we have thought about most and built demo scenarios for:

  • Beauty and wellness — salons, spas, and clinics
  • Dental and healthcare practices, with clinical questions always routed to qualified people
  • Local service businesses and trades
  • E-commerce and online retail
  • Real estate agencies
  • Education and training providers
  • Professional services firms

What we are not

Stated plainly, because the alternative is letting a visitor assume otherwise and correcting it later:

  • We are not a SaaS platform. There is no product to subscribe to, no dashboard, and no account to create.
  • We do not have customer logos, testimonials, or case-study results to show, because we do not yet have engagements we can evidence and name.
  • We are not a large team, and we do not claim offices, headcount, or geographic coverage we do not have.
  • We hold no security, privacy, or quality certification, and will not imply one.
  • We are not the right fit for a business that wants software it can configure alone — that is a real need, and it is not what we do.
